Holy Name Family Camp 2010

Due to the success of last years event, Holy Name Scout Group are once again organising a Family Camp this Summer.
The camp will be from Friday the 27th to Sunday 29th August 2010 at Wike Scout Campsite and is open to Families involved with Scouts, Cubs or Beavers at Holy Name.
Last years camp proved to be extremely popular with a great variety of events for both Adults and Children. Last year we had a Family Sports Day, Crafts, a Family Walk, a Giant Assault Course and a Barbeque with entertainment, similar activities are planned for this year. There will also be time for relaxing and socialising while the children enjoy themselves exploring this great environment.
All Camping will be under canvas, but don't worry if you haven't got your own tent as we can help sort that out, and if you can't make the whole weekend why not come along for one night.
You will need a Scout Association CRB if you are over 18, if you don't already have one apply now, it's free and there's plenty of time.
Let any of the leaders know if you are interested and get your names down for the camp. We'll then keep you informed and send you all the details nearer the time.
