Holy Name of Jesus Parish Finance & Property Committee
The Parish Finance Committee exists to assist the Parish Priest in the management of the financial affairs of the Parish. The Parish Priest invites parishioners with appropriate expertise to serve on the Committee.
The Committee has access to general information concerning the parish financial situation and advises the Parish Priest on the generation of funds; the maintenance and development of parish property; on appropriate budgeting; and responds to any suggestions or concerns of parishioners on parish financial matters.
The Committee prepares an annual statement of accounts with a brief commentary for the information of parishioners.
The present members of the Committee are: Rev Fr Pat Smythe (President); Mr Peter Lomas (Chair); Mrs Su Goodyear (Secretary); Mr Joe Hester; Mr Tom Jenkinson; Miss Catherine Dowson.
